Numerology

     Numerology is the study of numbers and how they influence and affect your life.  Numerology is much more then that however.  With a good reading and understanding of the way numbers fall in your life you can make outstanding progress in self discovery and awareness.  Numerology is used to determine when to make major moves in your life such as marriage, travel, career changes, or even to plan a baby.  Numerology can help you to discover your hidden motivations, and help to explain why you choose the things you do.  It can help you to find patterns in your life, and help you to break those patterns once you realize them.  Each letter of the alphabet correlates to a particular number, and this is how we derive your particular talents and obstacles.  Numerology is one of the easier occult practices to understand because its meanings are outright, and straightforward.  Numerology would fall under the element of Air, which means that it is an analytical tool used to gain knowledge and understanding of the self.

     There are different types of numerology in circulation today, but the main one used was developed by the Pythagoras who lived in 569-470 B.C.  Numerology as a whole is dated back before the Pythagoras and linked to the Hebrew Kabala.  Simply know that Numerology is an ancient form of self-discovery, and it is just as valid today as it was back then.  An interesting read on the subject is "Soul Numerology" by Julie Gale.  It is a really good beginners guide, but it also offers insight to those who are well versed.
